Sooji okra fry has very crunchy texture and tasty flavors with simple ingredients.This is an alternative of usual okra poriyal or fry.Today i have tired it for first time.It came out so well.Try this today and enjoy

Ingredients:

Okra - 12 pcs
Sooji/semolina - 1/2 cup
chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
asafetida a pinch
ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
salt and oil as required


Instructions:

wash and cut the okra into halves


Now marinate the okra along with some ingredients like chilly powder,cumin powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder,asafetida,ginger garlic paste,sooji,salt as required


Mix them well,keep it aside for 30 mins


Take a pan,add some oil for shallow fry


Place the marinated okra one by one,close the lid let it cook in a medium flame about 5 mins


Now turn to the other side
Yummy and crispy sooji okra fry is ready to serve

Restaurant style chicken fried rice.It is one of my favorite dish.you can easily prepare this delish dish at your home with the same flavors of restaurant.gonna share pics and videos to make it easier.Try it once and enjoy

Ingredients:

chicken - 350 g
basmati rice - 1 cup
spring onion
carrot - 1
cabbage - 1/2 cup
egg - 3
green chilly - 2
ginger - 1 inch
garlic - 4 pods
soya sauce - 3 tbsp
chilly sauce - 2 tbsp
salt and oil as required

For marination:

chicken - 350 g
soya sauce - 1 tbsp
corn flour - 1 tbsp
salt as required
pepper powder - 1/2 tsp


Instructions:

Wash and soak the basmati rice for about 1 hour


Wash and chopped all the veggies




Marinate the chicken with soya sauce,pepper powder,corn flour,salt as needed.Keep it aside for about 10 mins


Now boil the water,add oil,salt.Once it boiled add soaked rice.cook about 8 mins and strain the water


Take a pan,add oil .Add the marinate chicken pieces and shallow fry them and keep it aside


In the same pan add three eggs and required salt,scramble them and keep it aside


Take a wide pan,add oil,ginger and garlic chopped,saute well untill aroma comes


Now add green chillies


Add carrots,spring onion(white),cabbage saute well for few mins



Add soya sauce and chilli sauce mix it well
After 2 mins add fried chicken and eggs and mix them well


Now add the cooked rice and required salt and mix them well


Finally add chopped spring onions


Now its ready to serve

Carrot bullets is a best savoury snack.This recipe quietly differ from pakora style because i havent add onion into this.I assure you your kiddo will love the recipe.Try this one for evening snack and enjoy


Ingredients:
Carrot-2 (grated)
Ginger-2 inch(finely chopped)
Green chilly-1(finely chopped)
Cumin seed-1tsp
Coriander leaves(chopped)
Besan flour-3/4 cup
Corn flour-2tsp
Salt and oil as required


Instruction:
Wash and peel the carrots.Grate them and transfer to the bowl


Finely chopped ginger,green chilly,coriander leaves


Add all the ingredients along with besan flour,corn flour and salt.Remember dont add water the carrots have already moisture so mix them properly



Now make them as bullet shape


Take a pan add oil for deep fry


Once the oil heats drop the bullets one by one into the oil,cook in a medium flame


 Cook in a medium flame,after 5 minutes slowly turn to the next side,Cook until it turns golden brown color


Now its ready to serve

Most probably i prepare this curry,when i have small quantity of prawn without any further delay.i blindly prepare this curry.Its very delish and flavourful recipe.my hubbys all time favourite recipe.it goes well with hot steamed rice,pulav,phulka,chapati.Try this yummy recipe



Ingredients:
Prawn-250g
Potato-3
Onion-2 (finely chopped)
Tomato-2(finely chopped)
Green chilly-2
Garlic-4(crushed)
Coriander leaves(chopped)
Kulambu powder(mix of chilly and coriander powder)-2tbsp
Cumin powder-1tsp
Fennel seed-1tbsp
Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
Salt and oil as needed



Instructions:
Chop onion,tomato,potato,green chilly and garlic




Take a pan,add oil once the oil heats.add fennel seed


Add garlic and green chilly and saute for few minutes


Add chopped onions saute well,let it cook until it become translucent


Add chopped tomatos and required salt and turmeric powder,mix well and close the lid let it cook for 5 mins



Now add kulambu powder and cumin powder saute well


Add potatos and prawns,mix well and close the lid let it cook for 5 mins


Now add little water and mix well again let it cook for 5 mins in a medium flame


Switch off the flame,finally add chopped coriander leaves


Ready to serve
