Bakery style Rusk - Today i just give a try to this recipe it came out so well its so crunchy and crispy.My little one love crispy kind of food stuff. While making this recipe i have some doubts how it will come out. But after baking i gave that to my little one for to taste, he really loved that crispiness and i could see how happy he is while eating. Just give a small try to this recipe and tell me how it turned out for you
Ingredients:
Maida /plain flour - 2 cups
Yeast - 1 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Milk for washing
How to active dry yeast:
Yeast - 1 1/2
Warm milk - 5 tbsp
Sugar - a pinch
Mix all together let it sit for 5 mins,yeast will activated

Instructions:
Activate the yeast
Knead with electric whisk,add little water at a time while making the dough because it have some sugar sometimes it become watery so while adding water you have to be careful.Make a soft dough,add little oil knead well with hands
Let it rest for 20 mins
After 20 mins,knead well with hands and again place it in a aluminium container spread evenly and cover with cling film let it rest for another 30 mins
Bake this about 15 to 20 mins
After 15 mins,take out let it cool down for 10 mins,now cut them into required shape as you want and place this in a baking tray
Again preheat the oven 120 deg, bake this about 30 mins
After 30 mins,take out from the oven,let it cool down for 15 mins now its ready to serve
