Chicken 65 | restaurant style | Southindian recipes | with step by step pictures and videos



Chicken 65 - Most of the restaurants they are used to make chicken 65 in this style. Finally toss with chilly garlic sauce gives extra spicy and flavorful to this recipe. i added pinch of food color to this recipe but this is completely optional u can use Kashmir red chilly instead of normal chilly powder to attain that reddish color. Try this recipe and let me know how it turned out for you

Ingredients:

For marination:

Chicken - 500 g
Corn flour - 3 Tbsp
Rice flour - 1 tbsp
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Yogurt - 1 tbsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Salt as required

For chilly garlic sauce:

Red chilly - 3 to 4 nos
Garlic - 5 pods
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Food color (optional)

For final tossing:

Green chilly - 3 (slit)
Ginger - 1/2 inch (slit)
chilly garlic sauce - 3 tbsp
Salt as required 
Chopped coriander leaves

Instruction:

Wash and clean the chicken piece,today i have taken mix of bone and boneless chicken


For marination,add chicken,corn flour,rice flour,lemon juice,yogurt,pepper powder,chilly powder,garam masala,salt 


Mix them well.marinate this about 1 hour in a fridge
Take a small pan,add some oil,red chilly,garlic saute untill it get golden color


Transfer to blender,add lemon juice and food color make them as a fine paste


After one hour deep fry the chicken and keep it aside


Take a another pan,add some oil,green chilly,slitted ginger saute for 1 mins,now add chilly garlic paste saute for 3 mins 


Now add fried chicken toss well with that sauce finally add some coriander leaves


Now its ready to Serve
