Veg puff | Aloo stuffed puff | snacks | how to make veg puff



Indian bakery style veg puff recipe -  In my previous recipes i have already posted how to make puff pastry sheet and egg puff recipe.I will share a link below to know detailed description.Today i have tried with aloo stuffing puff. It came out so well.My family loved this snack and i must say this snack is  kids friendly recipe also.you can also try with store bought puff pastry sheet. Its available in all supermarkets now,so all you do is just make the simple stuffing and bake this yummy snack and enjoy with tea.Try this yummy recipe and let me know how it turned out for you

Puff pastry sheet recipe

Ingredients:

Puff pastry sheets
Egg / butter wash 

For stuffing:

Ginger - 1/2 tbsp
Garlic - 1/2 tbsp
Green chilly - 1/2 tbsp
Onion - 1 
Green peas - 1/2 cup
Boiled smashed potato - 1 (large)
Required salt and oil

Instructions:

I have already posted how to make puff pastry sheet in  my previous post,Cut the sheet into equal square shapes


For stuffings,add oil,chopped ginger,garlic and green chilly,Saute until it turns aromatic


Now add sliced onion and required salt,saute until it become translucent


Add green peas and saute for 5 mins




Add turmeric powder,chilly powder,garam masala powder,saute well for few mins


Now its time to add smashed boiled potatos and combine well



Now take the first sheet,place aloo stuffing in the centre 


Egg / butter wash over all the corners,fold half and seal the edges
Egg / butter wash over the surface,preheat the over for 140 deg for 15 mins,bake it for 25 mins or untill golden brown color on top


Now its ready to serve
