Egg puff is a very popular snack item in indian bakeries. It makes for an excellent crispy and crunchy snack,filled with onion stuffing.There are several varities of puff available in bakeries like chicken puff,mushroom puff,veg puff,panner puff. Ingredients:
Puff pastry sheet
Egg - 2 (boiled )
Egg - 1 (egg wash)
For stuffing:
Ginger - 1 tbsp (chopped)
Garlic - 1 tbsp (chopped)
Green chilly - 1 tsp (chopped)
Onion - 2 (sliced)
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt and oil as required

Instructions:
I have already posted how to make puff pastry sheet in my previous post,Cut the sheet into equal square shapes
For stuffings,add oil,chopped ginger,garlic and green chilly chilly
Saute until it turns aromatic
Now add sliced onion and required salt,saute until it reached golden brown color
Add turmeric powder,chilly powder,garam masala powder,saute well for few mins
Now take the first sheet,place onion stuffing and half boiled egg in the centre
Egg wash over all the corners,fold all the edges to the centre
Second sheet,place onion stuffing and half boiled egg in the centre
Egg wash over all the corners,fold only two edges to the centre
Egg wash over the surface,preheat the over for 140 deg for 15 mins,bake it for 25 mins
Ready to serve
