Ingredients:
Toor dal - 1/2 cup
Rice - 1 1/2 cup
Whole spices
Onion - 1 (sliced)
Tomato - 1 (sliced)
Ginger garlic paste
Green chilly - 3 (slit)
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Mint leaves - 1 cup
Water - 4 1/2 cup
salt and oil as required

Instruction:
Wash dal and rice soak it for 30 mins
Take a pressure cooker,add oil once the oil heats add whole spices,green chilly
Add onion,saute until translucent
Now add ginger garlic paste saute until raw smell goes away
Add tomato saute until it get mashy
Add turmeric powder,chilly powder,coriander powder saute for few mins
Now add mint leaves,soaked rice dal,saute for 2 mins,add required salt and water
Pressure cook this about 3 to 4 whistle in a medium flame,After pressure release,serve hot with raita
