This recipe is very easy and simple flavored with coconut milk.But you can substitute with soy milk or normal plain milk.It is very healthy recipe especially for pregnant ladies and breast feeding mommies.Try this yummy and healthy recipe
Ingredients:
Spinach
Onion - 1(finely chopped)
Tomato - (finely chopped)
Garlic - 12 nos
Coconut milk - 1/2 cup
Kulambu powder - 1tbsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tbsp
Cumin seed - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves(finely chopped)
Instruction:
Wash,clean and Finely chopped spinach
Finely chopped onion,tomato,garlic
Take a pan add some oil,once the oil heats.add cumin seed
Add chopped garlic fry for few minutes
Add chopped onion saute until it become translucent
Add tomato and required salt,mix well and close the lid let it cook for 5 mins
Add spinach,mix well and close the lid let it cook for 5 mins until spinach leaves get shrink
Now add kulambu powder and cumin powder,saute well until raw smell go
Finally add coconut milk,let it boil for 5 mins in a medium flame
Add chopped coriander leaves,switch off the flame
Ready to serve.
