Ingredients:
for chapati:
Atta - 1 cup
warm water - almost 1/2 cup
salt as needed
for chapati noodle:
chapati
onion - 1
bell pepper - 1/2
cabbage - 1/2 cup
carrot - 1
garlic - 3 pods
green chilly - 2 nos
tomato ketchup - 3 tbsp
chilly sauce - 1 tbsp
soya sauce - 2 tbsp
oil - tbsp
salt as needed
Instructions:
Now take a bowl add 1 cup of atta flour,salt as required and 1/2 cup of water
Knead it as a soft dough,and cover the dough rest it for 15 mins
Cut the veggies like juliennne strip and keep it aside
Now take a dough make it as a small ball shape,dust the floor with flour and roll it as thin sheet
Take a pan,cook the chapati on both the sides
Its time to cut the chapati like a julienne stripes,keep it aside
Now take a pan,add some oil,add garlic and green chilly and saute well for 2 mins,and then add onion
Add the veggies one by one cabbage,carrot and capsicum,saute untill slightly cook
Add tomato ketchup,chilly sauce,soya sauce and mix it well
Now add the stripes chapati into the pan and saute well
Garnish with some coriander leaves now its ready to serve
