Simple and easy Mushroom gravy

In this mushroom gravy recipe,each step can be explained in detailed manner accompanied with videos and photo to make cook easier.It is very simple and easy.It can be serve with phulka,roti,chappathi.Try this recipe and enjoy


Onion-2 nos (finely chopped)
Tomato-2 nos (puree)
Cumin seed-1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste-1tsp
Curry leaves
Green chilly-2 nos
Chilly powder-1/2 tsp
Cumin powder-1 tsp
Coriander leaves


Take a small pan add some water and blanch a tomato

Transfer the tomato to blender and make a fine puree

Now take a wide pan,add some oil

Add cumin seed saute untill it reaches golden brown color

Now add green chilly and curry leaves

Its time to add onion,after a min just add little salt so that it will cook fast

Add ginger garlic paste and saute for few minutes

Now add chilly powder and cumin powder,its time to add tomato puree and mix well

Now we are going to add the mushroom and add little water mix well

 cover the lid now let it cook for 10 minutes in a medium flame

Finally add some coriander leaves

Now yummy mushroom gravy is ready to serve
