Ingredients:
chicken - 350 g
basmati rice - 1 cup
spring onion
carrot - 1
cabbage - 1/2 cup
egg - 3
green chilly - 2
ginger - 1 inch
garlic - 4 pods
soya sauce - 3 tbsp
chilly sauce - 2 tbsp
salt and oil as required
For marination:
chicken - 350 g
soya sauce - 1 tbsp
corn flour - 1 tbsp
salt as required
pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Instructions:
Wash and soak the basmati rice for about 1 hour
Marinate the chicken with soya sauce,pepper powder,corn flour,salt as needed.Keep it aside for about 10 mins
Now boil the water,add oil,salt.Once it boiled add soaked rice.cook about 8 mins and strain the water
Add soya sauce and chilli sauce mix it well
