Restaurant style Chicken fried rice

Restaurant style chicken fried rice.It is one of my favorite can easily prepare this delish dish at your home with the same flavors of restaurant.gonna share pics and videos to make it easier.Try it once and enjoy


chicken - 350 g
basmati rice - 1 cup
spring onion
carrot - 1
cabbage - 1/2 cup
egg - 3
green chilly - 2
ginger - 1 inch
garlic - 4 pods
soya sauce - 3 tbsp
chilly sauce - 2 tbsp
salt and oil as required

For marination:

chicken - 350 g
soya sauce - 1 tbsp
corn flour - 1 tbsp
salt as required
pepper powder - 1/2 tsp


Wash and soak the basmati rice for about 1 hour

Wash and chopped all the veggies

Marinate the chicken with soya sauce,pepper powder,corn flour,salt as needed.Keep it aside for about 10 mins

Now boil the water,add oil,salt.Once it boiled add soaked rice.cook about 8 mins and strain the water

Take a pan,add oil .Add the marinate chicken pieces and shallow fry them and keep it aside

In the same pan add three eggs and required salt,scramble them and keep it aside

Take a wide pan,add oil,ginger and garlic chopped,saute well untill aroma comes

Now add green chillies

Add carrots,spring onion(white),cabbage saute well for few mins

Add soya sauce and chilli sauce mix it well
After 2 mins add fried chicken and eggs and mix them well

Now add the cooked rice and required salt and mix them well

Finally add chopped spring onions

Now its ready to serve
