Zero Oil Veg Kurma



Today im gonna prepare tamilnadu style veg kurma without oil. This recipe is very healthy nd easy one to make in no time. I have used carrots,beans,cauliflower,potato u can add any veggies. Specialty of the recipe is no tomato and oil instead of tomato i have used yogurt to give light sour taste. Hope you will try this recipe and share with your friends and family. It goes well with idly,dosa,chapathi,parato. Gonna share step by step pics and video to cook easier

Ingredients:

Carrot - 1
Beans - 10
Potato - 2
Cauliflower - 8 to 9 florets 
Onion - 1 
Green chilly - 3
Shredded coconut - 4tsp
Cashew - 8
Fennel seed - 1/4 tsp
Cinnamon - 1/2 inch
Cloves - 2
Cardamon - 1
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Yogurt - 2tsp

Instructions:

Wash and cut all the veggies
Take a pressure cooker add veggies,onion,salt to taste,enough water,mix them well




Pressure cook this about one whistle


Grind coconut,cashew,fennel seed,whole spices,turmeric powder,coriander powder,green chilly


Blend them as a fine paste


Take a wide  pan add the cooked veggies


Now add the fine paste and ginger garlic paste and required water and salt,mix them well


Cook this kurma in a medium flame for about 10 mins,Now add 2 tsp of yogurt
Switch it off the flame


Simple and easy no oil veg kurma is ready to serve:-)
