I have prepared easy and quick vegetable briyani without using pressure cooker.If you have all vegetables cut and kept ready then it takes 30 mins to complete the recipe.It is so tasty and flavorful try this once and enjoy.Gonna share step by step pics and video to cook easier
Ingredients:
1. Potato - 2
2. Carrot- 1
3.cauliflower - 1 cup
4. Onion - 1
5. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
6. Chilly powder - 1 tsp
7. Briyani masala - 2 tsp
8. Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
9. Whole spices
10. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
11. Mint leaves - 1/2 cup
12. Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
13. Salt and oil as required
14. Water- 4 cups
15. Basmati rice - 2 cup
16.yogurt - 1 cup
17.cumin seed - 1tsp
18. Whole pepper - 1tsp

Instructions:
Wash and soak the basmati rice about 30 mins.Chop all the veggies and keep it aside
Saute well until it become golden brown color and Add ginger garlic paste,saute well until the raw smell goes
Add the yogurt,chilly powder,turmeric powder,cumin powder,briyani masala,salt as needed.Mix well for few mins
Before close the lid add some chopped coriander and mint leaves on the top ,Now close the lid,let it cook for 10 mins in a medium high flame
After 10 mins open the lid,now sprinkle some briyani masala over the layer and add two tsp of ghee(optional),Again close the lid let it cook for 15 mins in a medium flame
