Ingredients:
1. Lamb - 500g
2. Onion - 2 (finely chopped)
3. Green chilly -3 (slit)
4. Ginger garlic paste -1tbsp
5. Curry leaves
6. Fennel seed - 1 tsp
7. Cumin seed - 1 tsp
8. Coriander seed - 1tsp
9. Pepper corns - 2tsp
10. Dry chilli - 3
11. Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
12. Salt and oil as required
Instructions:
Wash and clean the lamb,slice onions and green chilly
For grinding,put fennel seed,cumin seed,coriander seed,pepper corns,dry chilly to the blender,blend it as fine powder
Now its ready to serve:-)
