Boiled Egg Fry



It is very easy and delicious dish which can be done in a 5 mins.All we need is few boiled eggs and spicy masala.Its the best side dish for hot tomato rasam rice

Ingredients:

Eggs- 3
Chilly powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt and oil as required


Instructions:

Boil the eggs and remove the egg shells


Cut the eggs into halves


For marination,add chilly powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder and salt



Mix it well with little amount of water


Now marinate the eggs with the paste


Take a pan,add enough oil for shallow fry


Place the egg one by one,let it cook for 5 mins


Turn the other sides let it cook for another 5 mins


Now its ready to serve
