Today i have decided to posted here soft layered chapathi. How to make a perfect soft chapathi because it needs practice and now finally I learnt how to make soft layered chapathi,this step by step guideline will make you a chapathi pro in no time.Try and share this recipe with your family and friends
Ingredients:
Atta(wheat flour) - 2 cups+2 tsp
Sugar - 1tsp
Water - 1 cup
Salt to taste
Oil

Instructions:
Now add flour in small amount and mix it well,finally add all the flour,Knead them well using hand in countertop and make them as a soft dough
Now cover the dough using wet cloth,let it rest for about 30 mins
Do the same procedure for all the balls
Cook a chapathi one by one in a medium flame,remember dont overcook the chapathi it may get hard
