Tomato bath/pulao - Already i have posted some lunchbox recipes in my previous post i will share my link right below.We all looking for simple and easy lunchbox recipe especially for working people so here is the recipe today i'm going to share tomato bath/pulao without need of any veggies and of course its completely delicious recipe.Its really takes about 20 mins to finish this recipe. Ingredients:
Tomato - 3
Onion - 1
Bay leaf - 1
Cinnamon stick - 1 inch
Cloves - 4
Star anise - 1
Cumin seed - 1 tsp
Green chilly - 2 (slit)
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Mint leaves - 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
Basmati rice - 2 cup
Water - 3 cups
Salt and oil as required

Instructions:
Wash and soak basmati rice for about 30 mins
Chopped roughly onion and tomatoes and make them as a fine puree
Now take a pressure cooker,add some oil once oil heats add the whole spices like bayleaf,cinamon,star anise,cloves and cumin seed saute well until it turns aromatic
Now add green chilly and onion puree,saute well until raw smell goes away
Add ginger garlic paste,saute well for few mins
Add tomato puree saute well until oil separates from the gravy
Now add turmeric powder,chilly powder,coriander powder,required salt,saute for few mins
Add chopped mint and coriander leaves saute until it turns aromatic
Now add the rice,saute for 1 min and add required glass of water and check the salt finally
Close the lid,let it pressure cook this about two whistles in a medium high flame
Wait until pressure release,after 15 mins open the lid
Its so fluffy enjoy the rice with raita
