This recipe is very special treat for vegan peoples.Easy and healthy breakfast/dinner recipe. Some people used to make this recipe for navarathris. Ingredients:
Rice - 1 cup
Channa dal - 1/2 cup
Moong dal - 3/4 cup
Toor dal - 3/4 cup
Urid dal - 2 tbsp
Dry red chilly - 7 to 8
Fennel seed - 1 tbsp
Garlic - 2 to 3 pods
Gratted coconut - 1/2 cup
Salt as required
For tempering:
Onion - 2 (finely chopped)
Mustard seed - 1 tsp
Curry leaves
Oil as required

Instructions:
Take a bowl,add rice,channa dal,urid dal,toor dal,moong dal. Wash thrice time in a running water
Add dry red chilly and fennel seed,garlic add enough water soak it about 4 to 5 hours
After 5 hours,transfer to blender blend it as a fine paste.again transfer to the bowl and keep it aside
Now finely chop the onions
Take a pan,add some oil once the oil heats add mustard seed and curry leaves
Once mustard seed splutters add chopped onion,saute until it become translucent
Now transferred this to the batter,add grated coconut and salt.Mix them well
Now the batter is ready,now its ready to make dosai
Grease a pan,gently pour the batter and spread it evenly,add oil to the sides
Let it cook for 7 to 8 mins in a medium flame,after 7 mins turn to the next side,again let it cook for another 7 mins or until it attains golden color .Now its ready to serve with coconut chutney
