This recipe is most popular in chettinad restaurants.It is easy to cook at home with freshly grind spice powder,it goes well with steamed hot rice or any rice varieties.Gonna share step by step pictures amd videos right below to cook easier

Ingredients:


1. Lamb - 500g
2. Onion - 2 (finely chopped)
3. Green chilly -3 (slit)
4. Ginger garlic paste -1tbsp
5. Curry leaves
6. Fennel seed - 1 tsp
7. Cumin seed - 1 tsp
8. Coriander seed - 1tsp
9. Pepper corns - 2tsp
10. Dry chilli - 3
11. Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
12. Salt and oil as required


Instructions:

Wash and clean the lamb,slice onions and green chilly
For grinding,put fennel seed,cumin seed,coriander seed,pepper corns,dry chilly to the blender,blend it  as fine powder


Take a cooker,add some oil,lamb,turmeric powder,salt,ground powder,salt as required and mix well




Add 1/2 glass water,pressure cook this about 9 to 10 whistles in a medium high flame


Take a pan,add some oil once the oil heats add green chilly and curry leaves,saute well



Now add chopped onion saute well until it become translucent


Add ginger garlic paste saute until the raw smell go


Now add that cooked lamb curry,saute well


Cook in a medium flame until the oil ooze out from the gravy


Now its ready to serve:-)

Today im gonna share roasted garlic tomato rice.We usually do the normal tomato rice at our home.Today i have tired with roasted garlic it gives awesome flavor and the taste is quite differ from the normal tomato rice and the rice is so flavorful.I assure you its the best lunch box recipe you can make in no time

Ingredients:

Onion - 1 
Tomato - 2
Boiled rice - 2 cup
Green chilly - 3 
Garlic - 6 pods
Mustard seed - 1 tsp
Curry leaves
Fennel seed - 1 tsp
Chilly powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt and oil as required


Instructions:

Slice the tomatos and onions,slit the green chilly,chopped the garlic and keep it aside



Now take a pan add 4 tbsp oil


Once the oil heats add mustard seed,curry leaves and fennel seed


Add chopped garlic and green chillies,saute well until it gets roasted


Now add turmeric and chilly powder saute well


Add onion,saute untill it become translucent and add enough salt


Add the tomatos,mix well close the lid let it cook until it get mashy


After 5 mins add pinch of sugar and mix well let it cook untill oil ooze out


Now gravy is ready add the cooked rice and mix it well


Serve hot

It is very easy and delicious dish which can be done in a 5 mins.All we need is few boiled eggs and spicy masala.Its the best side dish for hot tomato rasam rice

Ingredients:

Eggs- 3
Chilly powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt and oil as required


Instructions:

Boil the eggs and remove the egg shells


Cut the eggs into halves


For marination,add chilly powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder and salt



Mix it well with little amount of water


Now marinate the eggs with the paste


Take a pan,add enough oil for shallow fry


Place the egg one by one,let it cook for 5 mins


Turn the other sides let it cook for another 5 mins


Now its ready to serve
