Chocolate cream biscuit - In my childhood days i love cream biscuits that too particularly i love bourborn biscuits,so today I had a thought to make chocolate cream biscuit with simple chocolate butter cream.All you need is hand mixer,it will help to ease out the procedure.Its a super good idea to make for kitty parties.Do the same measurement which I used here to get the same result.Try this recipe at your kitchen and let me know how it turned out for you.

NAN KATAI BISCUIT
Ingredients:
For cookie dough:
Unsalted Butter - 1/2 cup
Powdered sugar - 3/4 cup
All purpose flour - 1 1/2 cup
Cocoa powder - 4 tbsp.
Salt - 1 tsp
Baking powder - 1 1/4 tsp
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Milk - 2 tsp
For butter cream:
Unsalted butter - 1/4 cup
Icing sugar - 1 cup
Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp.
Milk - 1 tsp

Instructions:
1. Take a bowl ,add unsalted butter and powdered sugar beat them well until it become soft and fluffy
2. Add all purpose flour,cocoa powder,salt,baking powder sieve well ,add vanilla essence .Mix them
well using spatula
3. Add a 2 tsp of milk ,mix them well using hand .Make sure to make a soft and smooth dough
4. Rest the dough for about 10 mins
5. Meanwhile preheat the oven at 180 deg.Place a parchment paper on the counter top
6. Take a portion of dough ,gently rolling it and adjust corner cracks for 5 cm dia
7. Place the another parchment paper on the top ,roll it down like thin sheet
8. Take out the parchment paper ,cut the uneven edges
9. Cut them like rectangular shapes ,Take any thin stick and make a small hole
10. Sprinkle some sugar over the top
11. Transfer it to the baking tray.Bake this about 15 mins at 180 deg
12. For cream, take a bowl, add butter beat them well using hand mixer until it become soft and pale color
13. Add icing sugar little by little at a time
14. Add cocoa powder and milk mix them well using hand mixer,cream is ready
15. After 15 mins take the biscuits out and let it allow to cool it for 10 mins
16. Once it cool down,take a biscuit spread the cream gently, take the other one to cover and press it gently
17. Repeat the process for the remaining biscuits
18. Yummy chocolate cream biscuit is ready
